Stay connected with your Customers

The vehicle sheet is your communication hub. From there, you can easily send and receive messages, files, and pictures with your customer. It’s also the place to check if you're waiting for a reply or need to share an update.

Keep track of device activity

As the tuner connected to the One device, you have full access to its activity logs.

To view these logs:

  • Open the vehicle sheet and click the Activity Logs button.

  • Alternatively, go to the Devices list, select the One device, and then click on Activity Logs.

Analyze Logs

If your customer reports an issue with the One, the Device Activity page should be your first stop.

This page displays a chronological timeline of all operations performed on the device, with the most recent actions at the bottom.


For each operation, you can open a detailed log. These logs are similar to what you see in the Operation Window Console Log in the AutoTunzer Tool, making it easy to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems.

View or Control Your Customer’s Phone
