📱 For Android
Android allows both screen sharing and, in many cases, full remote control.
Recommended apps:
TeamViewer QuickSupport
The customer installs TeamViewer QuickSupport from the Play Store and shares their displayed ID with you. You connect using the standard TeamViewer app.AnyDesk
The customer installs AnyDesk, provides their device ID, and approves your connection request. You can then view or control the device (depending on permissions and phone brand).
Basic Steps:
Customer installs the remote support app (TeamViewer QuickSupport or AnyDesk).
They launch it and share the ID with you.
You initiate the connection on your side.
The customer accepts the connection request.
You can now view (and possibly control) their screen.
⚠️ Note: Some manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) may require an additional plugin to enable full control.
🍏 For iOS (iPhone)
Due to Apple’s security policies, full remote control of iOS devices is not allowed — but screen sharing is possible with the right apps.
Recommended apps:
TeamViewer QuickSupport
Allows screen sharing only. The customer must enable screen broadcasting from the Control Center.Zoho Assist (Remote Support)
Also supports iOS screen sharing after enabling screen broadcasting.
Basic Steps:
Customer installs TeamViewer QuickSupport or another supported app.
They open the app and provide you with the session ID.
They open the Control Center, long-press the Screen Recording button, and select the app to start broadcasting.
You can now view their screen in real time.
🔒 Important
Always ask for the customer’s consent before starting a remote session. Clearly explain what you’ll see or do during the process.
