This section of your AT Cloud account provides an overview of your active vehicles and customers. It also serves as your main exchange point with them. Each vehicle represents an active One linked to a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). A customer may own multiple Ones, but they are not linked together.

Once you select a vehicle you can access your customer’s vehicle timeline and start interact with him.
Here you can:
Communicate with your customer directly within the timeline.
Send pictures to your customer.
Receive files from your customer
Send updated files back to the customer after analysis or modification.
Provide ongoing support by referencing the full history of interactions for the vehicle.
Additionally, the vehicle sheet contains all the specifications of your customer’s vehicle, allowing you to offer accurate and tailored support based on the car’s details.
