1. Is there a shipment limit?
Without OP authorization: maximum 10 shipments per year.
With OP authorization: no limit.
2. What to do when exporting from the UK?
Send a pre-alert on the day of collection to:
[email protected].Email subject: your AWB number.
Email body: mention “Exportation for repair”, include any authorization numbers, and provide the serial numbers/references of the goods.
3. What must be included when returning to the UK?
Mandatory mention on shipping docs: “Return after repair” (whether under or out of warranty).
Out of warranty: state the repair cost separately on the invoice.
Attach the original export AWB if available.
4. What information must I provide to DHL?
EORI number
IP/OP authorizations (if available)
Standing instructions, NLR (No Licence Required), etc.
