In rare cases, an ECU that appears “compatible” may not yet be supported (e.g., specific software version, minor incompatibility, etc.).
In such cases:
The ECU will be returned to you
Whenever possible, we adjust detection to notify at the ID stage that a solution is not yet available for this ECU
Shipping and return costs are covered by us
