Conditions Preventing Unlocking: Unlocking will not be possible under the following circumstances:
Opened and/or physically damaged ECU,
Bent or broken connector pins,
Unsupported ECU despite appearance.
Procedure in Case of Non-Unlockable Units: In these instances:
The ECU will be returned following technical analysis,
Explanatory photos will be provided,
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Reservation Clause:
We reserve the right to decline servicing an ECU if we have any doubts regarding its overall condition. In this specific case, both the Mail-in Unlock fee and the shipping costs will be fully refunded.
