Read & Write Guide for the One

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS – MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE STARTING!

  1. 🔋 Connect a battery charger to your vehicle before doing anything.

  2. 📶 Ensure strong Wi-Fi or 4G/5G signal on your mobile device.

  3. 🚫 Disable Apple CarPlay or Android Auto (See instructions here).

  4. 📍 Enable Bluetooth and Location Services on your mobile device.

  5. 📲 Scan the QR code on the packaging (sleeve or sticker in case) and download the MyFlasher App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Complete the login/registration process.

  6. ✅ Double-check that steps 1 through 4 are fully completed before moving forward!

🛠️ INSTALLATION PROCESS

READING YOUR ORIGINAL ECU FILE

  1. 🔑 Turn the ignition ON (do not start the engine).
    Turn off all systems that consume power: A/C, radio, etc.

  2. 🔌 Plug the One into your car's OBDII port
    (usually located under the driver’s side dashboard).

  3. 📱 Open the MyFlasher App and pair it with the One.

  4. ▶️ Follow the app instructions and click on “READ”.

  5. 💬 Once the read is complete, go to the “Chat” tab in the app and request your custom tuned file for your vehicle.

  6. 🔌 Unplug the One and turn off the ignition.

📩 RECEIVING YOUR TUNED FILE

  1. 📲 You will receive a notification when your tuned file (customized for your car) is ready for upload.

⚙️ WRITING THE TUNED FILE TO YOUR ECU

  1. ⚠️ Before proceeding, make 100% sure that steps 1 through 4 have been done again!

  2. 🔌 Plug the One back into the OBDII port.

  3. 📱 Open the MyFlasher App, click “READ” again, then wait for the app to prompt you.

  4. ✅ When prompted, and only if all mandatory steps have been completed, click on “WRITE”.

  5. 🧠 Let the One do its job, the app will confirm when the write process is successful.

🎉 FINAL STEPS

  1. 📴 Once completed, unplug the One, turn off the ignition, and remove the battery charger.

  2. 🏁 Congratulations! Your vehicle is now optimized with improved power and torque (or other).
