Activate the One

Mandatory procedure before sending a One

Before sending a One, it is mandatory to activate it!
Why? To ensure that your customer is not blocked and unable to access the One once they try to use it. Activation is a crucial step to ensure smooth usage right from the start.

Important Notice: You must log in to the specific website where you bought your device. If you try to activate a European "One" on the US website (or vice versa), your device will not appear in the selection list, and you will be unable to complete the activation.

Step-by-step guide to activating the One

  1. Log in to your shopify account (EU Store or US Store)
    Connect to your shopify account using your tuner account credentials.

  2. Go to the "One Software Activation" product (EU Store or US Store)
    Navigate to the "One Software Activation" product (pack of 10 or 100).

  3. Select the device ID
    The Ones are preactivated and linked to your account. Simply select the device ID that corresponds to the One you're activating. Double-check the label and the One ID to ensure they match.

  4. Add a Tuner ID
    This is the Tuner that will be linked to the device you previously choose and will be able to manage the vehicle sheet from their AT Cloud interface.

  5. Add to cart
    Once you've selected the correct device ID, add it to your cart.

  6. Proceed to checkout and pay
    Go to the checkout page and complete the payment.

  7. Activation complete!
    That’s it! Your One is now activated.

    ⚠️ Once you've paid, it can take 5-10mins to be effective ⚠️

  8. Pack and send
    Congratulations! You can now pack your One and send it to your customer.
