Mandatory procedure before sending a One

Before sending a One, it is mandatory to activate it!
Why? To ensure that your customer is not blocked and unable to access the One once they try to use it. Activation is a crucial step to ensure smooth usage right from the start.

Step-by-step guide to activating the One

  1. Log in to your shopify account
    Connect to your shopify account using your tuner account credentials.

  2. Go to the "One Software Activation" product
    Navigate to the "One Software Activation" product in your shopify store.

  3. Select the device ID
    The Ones are preactivated and linked to your account. Simply select the device ID that corresponds to the One you're activating. Double-check the label and the One ID to ensure they match.

  4. Add to cart
    Once you've selected the correct device ID, add it to your cart.

  5. Proceed to checkout and pay
    Go to the checkout page and complete the payment.

  6. Activation complete!
    That’s it! Your One is now activated.

  7. Pack and send
    Congratulations! You can now pack your One and send it to your customer.
