To optimize access management, we now distinguish between User accounts (individual) and Organization accounts (legal entities).
User (Individual): A personal account with a specific email address.
Organization (Legal Entity): An account that can group several users.
Example: "Auto Performance" (organization) includes Lucas, Thomas, and Arthur (users).
What you can do:
Create multiple users with access to the same organization.
Manage different access levels and permissions for users.
Create multiple brands (designs) within the same organization.
Example: "Auto Performance" (organization) includes the brands Auto Performance and Voiture Performance. These brands each have their own logo and color but are grouped under the same organization (legal entity).
What you can't do:
Access an account without having access to the associated email address.
Share your account with other people.
Example: "Auto Performance" (organization) cannot give access to its account to Lucas and Thomas by asking them to use the same email address and password. Each user (Lucas and Thomas) must have their own user account with a unique email address.
